Westwood Hills Flower Delivery

Beautiful!

We live out of town so I called my cousin letting her know we needed to send flowers to family members and wanted something special. She said that The Little Flower Shop was the very best and create lovely and unique arrangements and the flowers are always fresh. The flowers that were sent to our family were done with great care as well they were beautiful and we greatly appreciate it. Thank you Little Flower Shop!

The flowers and arrangement I ordered online were absolutely beautiful. They also had the arrangement in a box for me when I picked it up which made it easy to travel with in the car.

I ordered a standard bouquet online afterhours for a widower. It was delivered the next day before noon; the family sent me a picture and it was honestly even more beautiful than on the website-- they were so pleased (as was I!). Will definitely order from here again.

Beautiful flowers

Comparing what was delivered to what I ordered online, not quite what I thought it would look like. It's such a graceful arrangement in the online image, and what was delivered was just a bunch of flowers stuffed into a vase missing the height variations and greenery popping up out of it for added interest. I wish I could post a picture to show the comparison, but it doesn't seem to be an option.
The online ordering process was super easy though! And the receiver of the flowers never saw the online image, so they had nothing to compare and were very pleased with the arrangement which is really what counts.

UPDATE: After posting my original review, I received a phone call from Chuck, the lead designer, and he offered to "make it right"... I sent him a picture of the arrangement so he could see the design and he was going to speak with the designer of my arrangement so they can do better next time. I truly appreciate great customer service and it makes this little flower shop deserving of 5 stars! Based on their customer service, I will order from them again. Thank you!!
